Kapolei Charter School (KCS) by Goodwill Hawaii is currently looking for outstanding teachers and support staff to join our team.

What should be included in my application?

All applicants should provide their resume and a cover letter detailing their interest in the position and working at KCS.  Additional documentation may be required based on the position and stage of the selection process.

After I apply, what is the selection process?

Applications will first be reviewed for prior charter school and/or at risk youth experience, demonstrated ability to move students academically, and commitment to teaching in a high-needs school.  If you meet the qualifications of the job, you will be contacted for an initial phone interview.  Next will be an in-person interview with the School Director, followed by additional interview requirements, as applicable to the position. If offered, the applicant will then need to pass our pre-employment process.

What is the compensation and benefits for Kapolei Charter School?

All positions at Kapolei Charter School are subject to a collective bargaining unit (as stated on the job description) and eligible for those benefits outlined in the agreement.
